In order to really maximize your results, we work directly with you to create a plan that will help you achieve your goals. We start off by discussing your fitness and nutrition goals, your wedding timeline and any specific concerns you have regarding your goals.

We then create a plan with you that we feel will deliver the best results for exactly what you are looking for. We require that every bridal client selects a minimum of three monthly services. All bridal clients receive a 25% discount off their package as well as exclusive bridal client perks!
